Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry RN Portland, Maine. This position involves providing patient care on a 38-bed unit specializing in medical-surgical and telemetry patients with a focus on nephrology and urology. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the organization during a temporary coverage period.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with BLS certification, current licensure in Maine, and at least 2 years of experience in med-surg and telemetry.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with nephrology/urology, team-oriented personality, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Additional Information: This role involves replacing permanent staff, with shifts occurring every other weekend. The unit utilizes EMR (EPIC), and staff must be able to work as a team player, dressed in scrubs of any color, with no unacceptable attire such as hoodies, logos/graphics, or open-toe shoes. The assignment is for coverage of leave, spanning from 09/14/2026 to 12/14/2026.
