Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical Floor
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license, with BLS certification required. Experience in an acute care hospital within the past 12 months on a medical-surgical unit is preferred.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, formulate individualized care plans, coordinate and delegate care, evaluate patient responses, and document all activities accurately. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, clinical research, and team collaboration. May supervise staff and workflow as needed.
