Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) RN Clinical Nurse position in the healthcare provider organization. The RN will practice in accordance with professional standards, supporting system policies and emphasizing service excellence.

Job Details

• Position Description: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized, high-quality patient care. Practice is based on clinical standards, the Wellstar Shared Governance Model, the Wellstar Professional Practice Model, and evidence-based research.
• Certifications, Education Requirements, and Experience: Valid state RN license, with a focus on medical-surgical and telemetry specialty. No minimum experience requirement, with at least 1 year preferred.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN performs assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care using risk management and clinical standards. Responsibilities include relationship-based patient-centered care, interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and participation in quality improvement activities.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates should be licensed and knowledgeable in nursing standards, practicing under the scope of the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics and Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act.
