Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse in southeastern Washington. This position involves providing specialized patient care within a Medical Intensive Care Unit, with a focus on sepsis, respiratory issues, and some cardiac and trauma cases. The role requires collaboration within a team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a dynamic hospital environment.
Job Details
- Location: Kennewick, WA
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid ACLS and BLS certifications, 1-2 years of relevant experience in an ICU setting, current RN licensure, and ability to work in the specified location.
- Responsibilities include delivering acute patient care, monitoring vital signs and medical equipment such as IABP (occasionally), and collaborating with healthcare team members.
- Unit information: 14 beds, patient ratios of 1:2, diverse patient population including sepsis, respiratory ailments, cardiac, and trauma cases.
- Equipment: IABP (occasionally), Electronic Health Record (EHR) system using Paragon.
- Dress Code: Scrubs (color not specified).
- No float rotation required.
