Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse in the local healthcare organization. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a specialized unit, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The position emphasizes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Job Details

Position involves nursing care assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards.
Requires a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is mandatory.
Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months is preferred, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional job duties include documenting patient care, participating in patient education, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
