Pediatric Psychology RN Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position involves providing specialized nursing care within a pediatric psychiatric setting at a children's hospital. The role requires delivering compassionate, clinical support to pediatric patients while adhering to safety and treatment protocols.

Job Details

  • Position Description: Pediatric Psychiatric RN, traveling assignment in a children's hospital setting.
  • Shift: 12-hour nights, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: BSN, RN license, minimum 2 years of registered nurse experience in behavioral health (or 4 years without a bachelors degree), 1 year of pediatric behavioral health experience, BLS certification, and safety care certification (provided if not currently held).
  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, at least 36 hours weekly.
  • Additional Information: Safety Care certification is required; it will be provided if currently not held. No RTO allowed during the first 2 weeks of assignment. Seasonal influenza vaccination is required unless exempted for medical or religious reasons.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Emergency Department pediatric experience.
  • Float: Client reserves the right to float or reassign personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence and within thirty-five miles of the originally assigned facility.
  • Start Date: September 22, 2026
  • End Date: December 19, 2026
