Job Summary
Labor and Delivery (L&D) RN in a rural healthcare facility. The role involves providing high-risk labor management, postpartum, and neonatal care within a smaller hospital setting, requiring the ability to circulate C-sections and interpret fetal monitoring.

Job Details

• Certifications: RN licensure, BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC), NRP, and WONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and STABLE preferred.
• Education Requirements: Official transcripts or degree verify certificate from the National Student Clearinghouse, if specified on the job description.
• Location Requirements: Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
• Minimum Experience: 0 years (2 years' experience preferred).
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include managing high-risk labor, fetal monitoring interpretation, neonatal resuscitation participation, postpartum/couplet care, and working within a team to support womens services.
• Additional Information: Must work 1 major holiday if the assignment overlaps and work within the scope of Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Neonatal care. EMR systems include GE Centricity Perinatal (CPN) and Medhost for orders, charges, and scanning.
