Job Summary
ORT - Surgical Technician/Operating Room Technician in an outpatient setting. This role involves assisting with various surgical procedures, including ortho, vascular, and neuro surgeries, within a healthcare facility. The position requires collaboration with healthcare providers to deliver effective patient care during evening shifts.

Job Details

• Certifications and Qualifications: All certifications are required upon hire, including BLS Basic Life Support (American Red Cross or equivalent), Cert Surgical Tech or Tech in Surgery - Certified or Certified Surgical First Assistant or Certified Surgical Assistant. A valid national certification is also required.
• Experience: 0.0 years of experience.
• Specialty: Surgical Technician / Operating Room Technician ORT.
• Schedule: Evening shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 10:45 am to 7:15 pm, including call requirements.
• Additional Information: Skilled in ortho, vascular, and neuro procedures. Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required. Capable of multi-tasking, functioning effectively in stressful and emergency situations, and demonstrating critical thinking. Basic computer skills including Word and Excel are necessary.
