Job Details

• Position Description: This ICU RN position assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for critically ill patients, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and professional standards. Responsibilities include reviewing patient history, diagnostics, and laboratory data, and formulating individualized care plans.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and a minimum of 0 years of relevant experience.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The role involves providing direct patient care, coordinating and supervising activities of the healthcare team, and documenting care plans and patient responses. The RN will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and promote patient-centered care.
