Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Nurse (MS REHAB) located at a rehabilitation hospital that specializes in providing intense, customized physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. This role involves caring for patients aged 16 years and older who are recovering from neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, orthopedic injuries, and other complex conditions, ensuring optimal health, function, and quality of life during their recovery journey.
Job Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Rehab Specialty
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week guaranteed
- Start Date: 08/31/2026
- End Date: 11/30/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license (RN or LPN), BLS certification, 0 years of experience required, located in a healthcare setting serving patients aged 16 years and older.
- Additional Information: The role involves working on a 34-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation unit, utilizing electronic health records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide specialized care. Scrub color is eggplant for RNs and gray for CNAs, with reporting to the charge nurse.
- Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week guaranteed.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must report at 6:45 PM, ask for the charge nurse upon arrival, and park in any unmarked parking lot space.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
