Job Summary
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse Location: Not specified. This role involves providing professional nursing care for postpartum patients in a healthcare facility. The L&D Nurse will independently utilize the nursing process to deliver safe, compassionate, and individualized care to women through labor, delivery, and postpartum stages, demonstrating age-specific competencies and utilizing relevant clinical protocols.

Job Details

Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: CA License, BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN certification, and at least 2 years of experience.
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities: Provide nursing care for neonates and adults, support interdisciplinary teams, and manage patient diagnoses and procedures related to labor and delivery.
Additional Position Details:
- Must complete labs within 3-5 days of contract signing.
- Requires 7-year work history verification.
- Candidates with previous charge experience or community hospital exposure are preferred.
- Onboarding and compliance documentation due 10 days prior to start date.
- No weekend requirement, no float requirement specified, no on-call details provided.
