Job Summary
Pediatric Medical Floor RN Location: Colorado Springs. This 14-week travel assignment involves providing pediatric medical and surgical nursing care in a high-volume, fast-paced unit. The role requires flexibility, strong pediatric nursing experience, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Job Details

• Position Description: RN for Pediatric Medical-Surgical (Pediatrics) on a medical-surgical unit, with a focus on pediatric patients.
• Required Qualifications: RN licensure, BLS, and PALS certifications. BSN preferred. Two years of pediatric medical-surgical experience required. Must be able to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), minimum 36 hours per week.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Must be available to work two of the three designated holiday periods and complete four weekend shifts within four weeks. Experience working with EPIC electronic health records within the last year is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate critical thinking, strong organizational skills, and pediatric nursing competence. Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively within a team-oriented environment is essential. Resource RN and Charge RN roles are available, with no patient assignments. The unit favors candidates who are dependable, flexible, and proactive in communication.
