Job Details

• Position Type: Registered Nurse (RN) Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Location: en_US locale
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS Certification, ACLS Certification, 2 years bedside clinical experience, valid licensure in the state or jurisdiction, willingness to work night shifts for the duration of the contract.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a progressive care or similar unit, strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, develops individualized care plans, participates in patient rehabilitation programs, and initiates discharge planning and patient teaching. Provides direction and supervision to ancillary nursing staff, maintains communication for continuity of care, and ensures safety protocols are followed. Assumes charge responsibility after orientation and actively pursues professional development.
