Job Details

• Position: L&D Nurse (Labor and Delivery)
• Location: The healthcare provider
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing; RN License in state of TX or compact; Current certification from NCC in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) or AWHONN Intermediate FHM; Current BLS certification (AHA); Current ACLS certification (AHA); Current NRP certification; All new hires must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire and complete organizational competency validation; Completion of all annual competency verification requirements
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in perinatal nursing or recent practice in a perinatal setting preferred
• Additional Information: The role requires practicing according to the ANAScope and Standards of Practice, administering medications and treatments using appropriate protocols, assessing patient needs, providing education, and documenting care. The position is a backfill replacement for a vacant role, with a start date of 09/14/2026 and end date of 12/12/2026.
