Job Summary
Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring safety and compliance with organizational standards. The RN will also participate in patient assessments, discharge planning, and team collaboration to promote positive patient outcomes.
Job Details
- Shift Time: Days
- Shift Hours: 12 hours
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Required Qualifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required prior to first shift; at least 2 years of bedside clinical experience preferred.

- Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, develops individualized care plans, and participates in patient rehabilitation programs. Responsible for accurate documentation and timely communication of patient status. Initiates discharge planning from the day of admission and provides patient education. Supervises ancillary staff and ensures safety standards are maintained. Assumes charge responsibilities after orientation and actively pursues professional development. Provides care in a cost-effective manner while promoting quality outcomes.
