Job Details

• Position Description: This role involves assessing patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs. Responsibilities include reviewing patient history, physical assessments, diagnostics, laboratory data, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to formulate and revise plans of care.
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in state of practice or equivalent, BLS certification, and 0 years of experience.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The nurse will deliver care based on evidence, participate in research activities, and contribute to improved patient outcomes through adherence to regulatory standards and best practices. This role may involve supervising staff and coordinating activities within the department.
