• 36 / 48 rotating schedule 

Job Summary: 

We are looking for dedicated travel Registered Nurses in Chinle, Arizona with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.

Duties: 

• Provide full range of adult medical-surgical care to patients admitted
• Exercise knowledge of the nursing process and its application to clinical practice in order to provide individualized, goal-oriented nursing care to the adult patient(s).
• Analyze the results of various medical procedures and translate them into appropriate nursing interventions.
• Work effectively and harmoniously within the health care team
• Coordinates care teams, offer guidance and support to team members.
• Provides guidance to other staff regarding clinical decisions. Assist with and ensures unit is in compliance with daily quality checks
• Perform Clinical procedures, intravenous access, and phlebotomy, point of care laboratory testing, IV Infusions/IV medications etc. 

Job Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted RN License – Any state license accepted
• Minimum 3 years RN experience, 24 months experience in Med Surg
• BLS – American Heart Association
• ACLS – American Heart Association
