Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse Multiple Locations. This position involves providing patient care within a fast-paced medical surgical environment, contributing to the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care delivery. The role requires flexibility to float across local campuses as needed.

Job Details

• Location: Multiple sites with specific requirements for out-of-area candidates outside of 50 miles from the facility (except Madison, which accepts local candidates with a 10% rate reduction).
• Certifications: BLS (AHA). State Licenses: Iowa, Illinois.
• Education/Experience: 0 years minimum experience required, with at least 1 travel contract completed preferred.
• Specialties: Medical Surgical (MS).
• Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Schedule: 12-hour shift, 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: One year of Med Surg, Post Op, or Stepdown experience; comfortable caring for 5-7 patients; surgical/post-op surgical experience required; valid drivers license; work history/resume required; skills checklist completed within 1 year; license verification; copy of certifications; supervisory reference required.
• Additional Information: Clinicians must have at least 1 travel contract completed and be comfortable caring for up to 5-7 patients. No experience requirement for this specific position, but relevant clinical experience is preferred.
