Job Details

• Certifications: Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Michigan state nursing license; minimum 2 years of RN experience; recent travel work history highly preferred.
• Education: Registered Nurse license from Michigan; no specific degree mentioned.
• Location Requirements: Must hold an active Michigan license.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with infusion specialization preferred.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include caring for cardiovascular patients before, during, and after angiography, assisting with procedures such as stress echocardiograms, TEE, pacemaker interrogations, PICC line insertions, and administering medications. Operates a variety of cardiac and nursing equipment, manages supplies, documents clinical data, and provides patient education.
• Additional duties include inserting PICC lines under ultrasound guidance, monitoring sedation, and participating as part of the transport team for higher-level care patients.
• Submission requirements include verifying work history, certifications, and licenses through appropriate documentation.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
