Job Summary
Telemetry (TELE) Registered Nurse position available in the healthcare organization. This role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in a hospital setting, with a focus on patient assessment, care planning, and health education. The position requires delivering supportive and restorative therapy and treatment directly to patients or through consultation and delegation.

Job Details

Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice; ASN - Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; BLS American Heart Association; experience requirement: 0 years.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree of Nursing; certification as appropriate for the unit or service.
Responsibilities include performing health assessments, health teaching, health counseling, therapy and treatment, referring patients as needed, reviewing and monitoring therapy and treatment plans, documenting according to hospital and regulatory guidelines, and utilizing resources effectively.
May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications or be placed on-call during scheduled shifts.
