Telemetery Nurse, Portland This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care to patients within the telemetry unit, ensuring adherence to established standards of care and the nursing process. The position includes supervising and coordinating the activities of various nursing staff levels, collaborating with other healthcare disciplines to provide comprehensive patient care.

Job Details

Position Description: Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients according to standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs nursing staff, collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, and coordinates patient care.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification; 0 years experience.
Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: Responsibilities include collecting relevant patient health data, analyzing assessment data, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating patient progress, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers, providing education, participating in discharge planning, and delegating duties appropriately.
