Job Summary
The Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Specialty Nurse position is available in an evening shift setting. This role involves providing direct clinical care to patients in the PACU, supervising staff, and supporting facility leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care. The position is available for a temporary assignment from September 14, 2026, to December 14, 2026.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: No minimum experience required.
- Schedule: Evenings, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Position involves assessing, planning, and delivering direct patient care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit, with supervision of staff and support to the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high standards of care.
- This role is suitable for a PACU or Pre-Operative Nurse, with responsibilities including supervising clinical staff, ensuring safe patient practices, and maintaining competency in clinical procedures.
- Submission of all required credentials and licensing is necessary as part of the application process.
