Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse, located in the area, provides comprehensive patient care in an acute care setting. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing services, conducting patient assessments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes during night shifts.

Job Details:

• Position Description: The role involves patient care responsibilities on a Medical Surgical Floor, with specific notes on local rate applicability, call-off policy, orientation hours, and charting system.
• Required Qualifications: Active Illinois license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated, ACLS, BLS Certification, COVID Vaccine, NIHSS certification, and a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Submit last four digits of SSN, verify Illinois license status, and acknowledge facility policies including drug-free campus and cancellation policies.
