Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER)registered nurse position in a healthcare facility located in California. The role involves providing evidence-based, hands-on care within the scope of the California Nursing Practice Act, regulatory requirements, standards of care, and hospital policies. The Clinical Nurse (CN) collaborates with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care, emphasizing family involvement, education, and quality monitoring.

Job Details

• Shift: Days
• Schedule: 12-hour shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Education Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred
• Required Qualifications: CA-RN (Registered Nurse), Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, ability to communicate effectively in English, 0 years of experience required
• Responsibilities include assessing patients, interpreting data, developing and implementing care plans, teaching self-care and illness prevention, and ensuring safety and compliance. The CN also contributes to team building, professional development, and ongoing learning, with leadership demonstrated in the practice setting.
• Additional Information: The nurse will utilize technology for communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making, and support continuous quality improvement through participation in unit programs and meetings.
