Job Details

• Position: RN Med Surg (Medical Surgical Nurse)
• Location: Weatherford, TX
• Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS, ACLS, 2+ years of hospital experience, 2+ years of specialty experience in Medical Surgical units, experience with Meditech documentation system
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech, specialized certifications relevant to Medical Surgical nursing
• Responsibilities: Provide patient-centered nursing care, perform IV initiation, NGF placement, Foley procedures, dressing changes, patient ADL support, conduct bedside reporting, patient education, and adhere to unit policies including dress code and infection control protocols
• Additional Information: Must demonstrate competence in all areas of general Medical Surgical care, promote a safe environment, and contribute to team efforts within standard policies and procedures.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must have the minimum qualifications listed and be prepared to provide proof of licensure and certifications.
