Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a hospital setting offers high-stakes, fast-paced patient care. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients, following established standards of care and the nursing process. The position requires supervising and directing various levels of nursing staff, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evening shift from 10:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Preferred: Emergency Room (ER) experience; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; AHA-Adult CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications from an approved vendor.
• Preferred Qualifications: ER experience of at least 3 years.
• Additional Information: The role involves collecting relevant patient data, analyzing assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating care delivery within a team.
