The RN collaborates with other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based, family-centered care, ensuring safety, comfort, and effective treatment.

Job Details

• Position Description: The Clinical Nurse (RN) in this role delivers direct patient care within the scope of practice defined by the California Nursing Practice Act. Responsibilities include assessing patients, interpreting data, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, as well as patient and family education and support. The RN partners with families and the healthcare team to develop and execute individualized care plans, monitor patient responses, and respond swiftly during emergencies.
• Required Qualifications: CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, 0-2 years relevant experience, effective communication skills in English, schedule includes rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN must demonstrate the ability to rapidly assess clinical situations, activate emergency protocols, and contribute to a team environment. They will also participate in ongoing professional development, contribute to unit activities, and utilize healthcare technology for documentation and communication.
