Job Details

• Position Description: Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in the ICU based on organizational policies and professional standards. Utilizes specialized knowledge and judgment to deliver appropriate care tailored to patients physical and developmental needs.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, and 0 years of experience.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The ICU RN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices. The role involves interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members to deliver holistic care, document in accordance with policy, and participate in ongoing education and quality improvement activities.
