Job Summary
An ICU Registered Nurse (RN) position is available at a healthcare facility located in Wenatchee, Washington. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The opportunity includes working night shifts with a 12-hour schedule, contributing to critical patient management and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Job Details

  • Position Description: RN - ICU
  • Location: Wenatchee, WA
  • Shift: Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: WA State / Compact RN Licensure; active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications; minimum of 1 year of ICU experience; ability to adhere to organizational policies and standards; compliance with Washington Nurse Practice Act and unit-specific standards
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in critical care, proficiency in patient assessment, and teamwork skills
  • Additional Information: The RN will coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include medication administration, nursing procedures, patient education, and documentation. The RN must be capable of developing and reassessing individualized care plans, collaborating with healthcare team members, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role may require floating as a sitter and participation in performance improvement activities.
