Job Summary
Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) position available at a 100-bed long-term acute care facility. The role involves providing geriatric, short-term, and post-acute care for tracheostomy patients, with a focus on patient-centered nursing and clinical excellence. This position ensures continuity of quality patient care in a fast-paced LTAC environment.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: BLS (American Heart Association) required, ACLS preferred. Minimum two (2) years of LTAC experience required. Prior travel experience preferred; strong first-time travelers may be considered.
• Schedule: 12-hour days, with shifts from 6:45 AM to 6:08 PM, totaling 36 hours per week, working either on a schedule of Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Tuesday or Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, or a split 36/48 hours schedule.
• Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care, monitoring geriatric and post-acute/trach patients, and collaborating with ancillary staff.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates are expected to meet the necessary qualifications and provide proof of certifications upon application.
