Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse Location: Not Specified. This position requires an experienced OR nurse to provide specialized patient care in a busy surgical setting. The role involves working with advanced robotic surgical systems and supporting a variety of surgical specialties in a general operating room environment.

Job Details

• Position Description:
  The OR Nurse will support a range of surgical procedures, including robotics, orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, urology, bariatrics, ENT, plastics, vascular, thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart), and trauma. The role involves functioning independently across specialties, with proficiency in robotic systems such as the Davinci Xi and DV5 surgical systems. The facility is tobacco and fragrance free and may involve caring for COVID-19 patients.
• Schedule:
  Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  Certifications: AHA or ARC, BLS; Education: Relevant RN license; Experience: 3 years of surgical operating room experience including Level I trauma experience and robotic surgery proficiency; Location: Not specified; Additional: Ability to work as required by the unit and support special procedures in the operating room.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  Level II trauma experience, proficiency with robotic surgical systems, and prior travel experience are preferred.
• Additional Information:
  Candidates must be able to work as needed, including holidays, weekends, and shifts that may vary between days, evenings, or nights. All candidates must complete pre-start modules, including EKG exams if applicable, and hold appropriate certifications and licenses as specified.
