Job Summary
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Reno, NV. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to neuro ICU patients, including those with stroke, neurologic tumors, seizure, and post-neurosurgical conditions, in a fast-paced, Level II Trauma Center environment.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, NV RN license required prior to start.
• Education & Experience: Minimum 2 years of Neuro ICU experience, including caring for Neuro Trauma and post Neuro-surgery patients. Prior travel experience of one 13-week assignment is required.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours each, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Deliver clinical excellence in patient-centered care, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including their families/caregivers. Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams, including management of stroke and neurovascular conditions. May be required to float according to organization needs and work holidays and additional shifts.
