Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse in Oklahoma. This position involves providing patient care on a medical-surgical unit, including preparing and administering medications, changing dressings, inserting catheters, starting IVs, and monitoring vital signs. The role requires maintaining accurate records and reporting adverse reactions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Details

• Position Description: Preparing, administering, and recording prescribed medications. Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs. Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting and recording measurements. Monitoring patients' vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.
• Required Qualifications: Oklahoma State License or compact BLS (AHA) certification, NIH certification, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Recent traveler experience is preferred. Submission of Skills Checklist current to 1 year, two supervisory reference forms taken within the last two years, and current pertinent licensure and certifications are required.
