Job Summary
IMCU Nurse Intermediate Care Unit Location: Not specified. This role involves providing specialized patient care within an Intermediate Care Unit environment. The position requires prior travel experience and charge responsibility to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Position Description: 12-hour night shifts scheduled for a minimum of 48 hours per week, starting on 10/05/2026, with an end date of 01/02/2027. Orientation occurs every other Monday, with mandatory orientation sessions.
• Required Qualifications: Active VA or Compact Nursing License, zero years of minimum experience (experience requirement: 0 years), prior travel experience required for all Centra positions, charge responsibility is required with appropriate pay differential and training.
• Preferred Qualifications: Cerner system experience, experience with IMCU patient population including med-surg, tele, cardiac, neuro patients, CVA, and ICU acuity level patients.
• Additional Information: Unit staffing may require working up to 20-week assignments during the holiday season, with at least one major holiday worked. Submission requirements include work history with a minimum of 2 years experience, explanation of employment gaps over 90 days, skills checklist, and copy of Nursys/license. All requested time off must be included at the time of submission.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week.
