Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Located in a tight-knit community in Kings County, this position involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients within the emergency department of a healthcare facility. The role includes supervising and directing various levels of nursing staff, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate care according to established standards and the nursing process.
Job Details
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required; Experience in an acute care facility preferred; 0 years of experience required.
- Additional Information: The candidate will be responsible for collecting relevant data pertinent to the patients health or situation, analyzing assessment data for diagnosis and care planning, developing and implementing care plans, coordinating care delivery, and evaluating patient progress. The role involves collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, humane, and effective care, including participation in discharge planning and delegation of duties to healthcare team members.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must have current licensure and certifications as specified, and be able to start by 09/14/2026, with assignment ending on 12/13/2026.
