Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position available in the local healthcare setting. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for critically ill patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. The position emphasizes delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through collaboration with the healthcare team.

Job Details:

• Position Description: This role assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and discharge planning needs. It reviews patient history and physicals, diagnostics, and laboratory data to inform care strategies. The RN formulates and revises a plan of care, initiates care based on assessment data, and coordinates with the multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include documentation, delegation, supervision, and contributing to quality improvement activities.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN will perform all functions following policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. The role may include supervising staff and working with patients, families, and external contacts to support optimal patient outcomes.
