Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Roseburg, OR. This ER position involves providing specialized emergency care within a Level III Trauma Center setting. The role requires managing a varied patient population, supporting trauma and emergency cases, and collaborating with a dedicated medical team during night shifts.
Job Details
- Position Description: Emergency Room RN responsible for delivering acute care in a busy Level III Trauma Center with 21 ED beds and 1 Trauma Bay. The unit features dedicated triage and crisis rooms, with staff managing their own ER holds and utilizing in-house security.
- Required Qualifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications; minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience; required to work night shifts from 1845 to 0715, 36 hours per week; must possess a valid nursing license.
- Additional Information: The unit includes separate Psych/seclusion rooms, in-house security, and multiple ER tech and RN staff to support patient care. A Meditech electronic medical record system is used, and RT staff perform ABGs and breathing treatments. The orientation is provided before the first shift.
- Schedule: Night shifts from 1845 to 0715, every other weekend, with scheduled holiday coverage as per contract.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates should be available to start on 09/28/2026 and continue through 12/28/2026.
