Description
Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor (MS) nurse in a healthcare facility located near the PNW beaches and the Olympic National Forest. This is a 13-week contract assignment starting September 21, 2026, with nights shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, totaling 36 hours per week. The role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with flexible scheduling options and the potential to pick up extra shifts.
Job Details:
- Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Current Washington State license or Multi-State licenses with approved 6-hour suicide training, verification of demographics from Nursys, and current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Knowledge of Meditech is helpful but not required. No minimum experience required.
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, starting at 6:45 PM and ending at 7:15 AM.
- Additional Qualifications: Must be a team player, willing to float to other departments in rotation, and have approval for RTO (Return to Office) if applicable.
- Additional Information: This assignment is for 13 weeks with proximity to beaches and national parks. RTO must be approved and added to the end of the contract. Housing options include Econolodge, furnished apartments, and inns in the nearby area.
