Job Summary
Telemetry Medical Surgical Float (TMF) registered nurses are responsible for providing advanced patient care within a healthcare facility. This role involves flexible coverage across various units, delivering quality nursing services to adult patients. The position is based in Asheville, North Carolina, with a focus on supporting multiple medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 36 hours per week, with a start date of 10/05/2026 and end date of 01/04/2027
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, 0 years of experience, with a focus on telemetry and medical-surgical nursing.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in telemetry and medical-surgical nursing settings, additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are desirable.
- Additional Information: The role involves floating across medical-surgical and telemetry units, responding to unit needs, and providing evidence-based patient care. Flexibility to cover multiple units in a fast-paced hospital environment is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills and adaptability to various patient care scenarios.
