Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Miami, FL. This role involves supporting complex surgical procedures across various specialties, including robotics, neuro, and orthopedic cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing operating rooms, assisting during surgeries, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. Flexibility to float among different OR specialties is required to meet patient care demands.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS and ACLS certifications, current experience of at least 2 years in an acute hospital setting, strong experience in orthopedic, neuro, and robotic surgeries, Meditech experience, ability to float among different OR specialties
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience, adaptability to fast-paced environments, ability to work independently
• Additional Information: The role involves preparing operating rooms, arranging equipment, assisting surgeons during surgeries, maintaining surgical instruments, managing inventory, and documenting procedures. Call requirements include 2 weekend shifts (8 hours), 4 evening shifts (4 hours), and 1 overnight shift (8 hours) per month.
