Job Summary:
L&D (Labor and Delivery) Nurse position located in Asheville, NC, offering a night shift schedule. This role involves providing specialized care in the labor and delivery department, with responsibilities including patient monitoring, support during labor, and postpartum care. The assignment begins on 10/05/2026 and concludes on 11/16/2026.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and minimum of 0 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing.
- Orientation: 4-hour hospital orientation followed by an 8-hour shift on the floor.
- Scrub Color: RNs - all navy, all white, or a combination of navy and white; CNAs - all galaxy blue (looks like royal blue); sitters - purple; RTs - medium gray/Pewter; LPN Sage Green.
- Kronos Instructions: Dial 533 from a Kronos setup phone, follow prompts to record name, and clock in/out according to specific codes for shift and activities.
- Additional Information: This assignment is for a single position in the labor and delivery department, with a guaranteed 48 hours per week.
