Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift The organization is seeking a qualified Labor and Delivery RN to provide specialized care in the Labor and Delivery Department. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing services during night shifts, supporting high-risk obstetric patients, and ensuring patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state where care is provided; graduation from an accredited nursing program; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NNRP); 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience in a healthcare setting within the last 3 years; experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field; five or more years of recent Labor and Delivery experience within the last two years; high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two years.
- Additional Information: The role requires the ability to work night shifts, providing compassionate and skilled nursing care to obstetric patients, including high-risk cases. Candidates should be prepared to adhere to facility protocols and demonstrate competency in high-risk obstetrics procedures.
