Job Summary:
Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and promoting safety and patient education. The RN ensures adherence to clinical standards and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification prior to first shift. Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification prior to first shift (if applicable). Minimum of 2 years bedside clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission to develop individualized care plans. Participates in patient rehabilitation programs and oversees discharge planning and patient teaching. Ensures effective communication and documentation of patient care. Provides supervision and direction to ancillary staff, maintains safety standards, and facilitates a positive work environment. Assumes charge responsibilities after orientation and actively engages in professional development.
