Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse Location unspecified. This role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical duties in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, provide health education and counseling, and execute delegated medical functions to support patient well-being. The position requires flexibility to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications, as well as potential on-call duties during scheduled shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Maryland RN license, Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school, current BLS certification from the American Heart Association, and valid license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree of Nursing is preferred; additional certifications relevant to the unit or service are preferred
• Additional Information: The nurse will perform triage, nursing care, patient assessment, health teaching, health counseling, delegation, supervision, therapy and treatment planning, medical function execution, consulting, and documentation. The assignment begins on 09/28/2026 and concludes on 12/26/2026.
