Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nursing position in a healthcare facility. The role involves providing bedside nursing care, collaborating with physicians to develop and implement care plans, and overseeing nursing support staff. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS, and NIHSS. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan. No experience required beyond 0 years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Documented experience in neuro surgical procedures, open heart care, and travel nursing experience.
• Additional Information: Candidate must be comfortable with floating to Emergency Department and Step Down units. The role involves leading patient care activities, participating in patient conferences, teaching and mentoring staff, and ensuring proper patient placement and delegation. A strong focus on evidence-based practice and professional development is essential.
