Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse in an observation unit, working during night shifts. The position involves managing a high patient turnover in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quick turnaround and discharge procedures. The role requires providing quality patient care while maintaining efficiency during busy nights.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights; 48 hours per week minimum, with options to work 36 or 48 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is optional.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround and discharges. The assignment begins on 10/05/2026 and ends on 01/17/2027. Contracts need to be processed to cover the winter holiday period, with no request for time off during Christmas, and options for holiday leave available for Thanksgiving or New Year's.
• All candidates should be prepared to start after contracts are finalized and adhere to the schedule and shift requirements specified.
