Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Tele) registered nurse position in an undefined location. This position involves providing patient care across various units, including medical-surgical and telemetry services. The role requires adapting to float responsibilities, managing clinical duties, and, in certain small units, serving as a charge nurse. The shift is scheduled for nights, with a typical schedule of 12-hour shifts, and a minimum commitment of 48 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum 48 hours per week, starting on 10/20/2026 and ending on 01/19/2027
• Required Qualifications: Valid US or Canadian nursing license, at least 2 years of clinical experience including medical-surgical and telemetry, Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), and NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certifications, and experience with Epic charting system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with charge nurse responsibilities, prior travel experience, and working in a hospital setting with interdisciplinary support teams such as respiratory therapy and phlebotomy.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have experience working in the United States, with eligibility for a valid compact license at the time of submission. The position involves float responsibilities, with some charge duties required on small units staffed with limited RNs supported by LPNs and CNAs. Candidates should be flexible to work three out of five major holidays and must request all time off upfront during the submission process. References covering the last three years are required, with specific focus on recent clinical experience.
