Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery Department is needed for a facility in a healthcare setting. This position involves providing obstetric care and support to high-risk labor and delivery patients. The role is scheduled for daytime shifts, offering a comprehensive opportunity for experienced RNs to contribute to maternal and neonatal health.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • One (1) year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in a clinical setting
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Licensure, Certification, Registration:
    • Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NNRP)
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
  • Five (5) or more years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery within the last two (2) years
  • One (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two (2) years
  • High Risk Obstetrics experience preferred
• Additional Information:
  • The position requires flexibility to work day shifts, with a focus on high-risk obstetric patient care.
  • Candidates must have the appropriate licensure and certifications as specified.
