Job Summary:
Endoscopy Technician OR Surgery in Loma Linda, California. This role involves supporting endoscopic procedures within a hospital setting, including the setup and assistance during gastrointestinal (GI) lab procedures such as esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), colonoscopy, and sigmoidoscopy. The technician will assist with advanced GI cases, perform biopsies, polypectomies, and dilations, and may support more complex procedures like endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). The position requires scrubbing experience and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS); experience in setup and assisting with GI lab/endoscopic procedures such as EGD, Colonoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy; ability to perform biopsies, polypectomies, and dilations; preferred experience with advanced GI cases such as EUS and ERCP; minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; location in Loma Linda, CA; required to work in a hospital setting for the duration of the contract.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advanced GI procedures such as EUS and ERCP is desired.
• Additional Information: The role focuses on supporting endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining clinical workflow standards in the GI lab.
