Description

Job Summary:
IMCU (Intermediate Care Unit) registered nurse position available in a healthcare facility setting. The role involves providing specialized patient care for individuals requiring intermediate level monitoring and treatment, emphasizing cardiovascular and post-surgical recovery. This position ensures adherence to clinical standards and promotes patient safety and well-being.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid nursing licensure, completion of CPR and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, cardiac specialty certification (ANCC Cardiology certification) preferred. No local candidates within a 50-mile radius are considered.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Cardiology certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) is preferred.
  • Additional Information: This position involves caring for patients in the intermediate care setting with a focus on cardiac and post-cardiovascular surgical experiences. Proper adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) and safety protocols is necessary to maintain quality patient care. Successful candidates must be available to start on 09/28/2026 and work through 12/26/2026.
